%X Pabrik Sodium Laktat berbahan baku molasses dan natriu hidroksida, akan
didirikan di Gunung Batin, Lampung Tengah. Pabrik ini berdiri dengan
mempertimbangkan ketersediaan bahan baku, sarana transportasi yang memadai,
tenaga kerja yang mudah didapatkan dan kondisi lingkungan.
Pabrik direncanakan memproduksi Sodium laktat sebanyak 30.000
ton/tahun, dengan waktu operasi 24 jam/hari, 330 hari/tahun. Bahan baku yang
digunakan adalah molasses sebanyak 95.896,8 kg/batch dan Natrium Hidroksida
sebanyak 1.294,8 kg/jam.
Penyediaan kebutuhan utilitas pabrik sodium laktat berupa pengadaan air,
pengadaan steam, pengadaan air pendingin,pengadaan listrik, kebutuhan bahan
bakar.
Bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) menggunakan struktur
organisasi line dan staff dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 179 orang.
Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh:
Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 661.162.998.877,77
Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 116.675.823.331,37
Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 777.838.822.209,14
Break Even Point (BEP) = 37 %
Shut Down Point (SDP) = 29 %
Pay Out Time before taxes (POT)b = 1,93 tahun
Pay Out Time after taxes (POT)a = 2,31 tahun
Return on Investment before taxes (ROI)b = 35,43 %
Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 28,43 %

ABSTRACT



Factory raw material molasses sodium lactate and natrium hidroksida,
will be erected on Mount Batin, Central Lampung. The factory was established by
considering the availability of raw materials, transportation facilities, readily
available labor and environmental conditions.
The factory is planned to produce sodium lactate of 30,000 tons / year,
with operating time of 24 hours / day, 330 days / year. The raw materials used are
much molasses 95.896,8 kg / batch and natrium hidroksida as much as 1.294,8 kg
/ hr.
Provision of utility plant needs sodium lactate the provision of water,
provision of steam, electricity supply, fuel requirements.
The form is a Limited Liability company (PT) using a line and staff
organizational structure and employs as many as 179 people.
From the economic analysis is obtained:

Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 116,675,823,331.37
