Hydroelectric Power Plant is one of the most competitive power plant options for renewable energy because of the relatively low of hydroelectric cost. The purpose of this thesis is to know the mathematical model obtained from the conversion of the turbine driving water rate to generate electrical energy generator generated to obtain the following model.

1.  The  mathematical  model  of  water  discharge  on  turbine  1  and  the  electrical power generated
2.  The  mathematical  model  of  water  discharge  on  turbine  2  and  the  electrical power generated
