Mekanisme corporate governance yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dewan komisaris dan komite audit.  Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2013-2015. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, diperoleh 58 perusahaan sebagai sampel, sehingga selama 3 tahun pengamatan terdapat 174 laporan tahunan dianalisis. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik regresi berganda, dimana variabel dependen adalah nilai perusahaan (diukur dengan Tobin’s Q), dan variabel independennya adalah dewan komisaris dan komite audit.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komite audit berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Akan tetapi, dewan komisaris tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.    Kata kunci: nilai perusahaan, Tobin’s Q, dewan komisaris dan komite audit.         ABSTRACT        The objective of this research is to measure the effects of corporate governance mechanisms related to firm value. The corporate governance mechanisms examined in this study are the board of commissioners and audit committee.  Objects in this study were manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2013-2015. Based on purposive sampling, acquired 58 companies in the sample, so as long as 3 years observation there were 174 annual reports were analyzed. Tool is the statistical analysis used multiple regression, where the dependent variable is firm value (measured by Tobin's Q), and the independent variable is board of commissioners and audit committees.  The results of this study indicate that audit committee affects firm value. However, a board of commissioners does not affect firm value.
