N2  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel tingkat kesehatan bank
yang diukur dengan Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Return On
Assets (ROA), dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) terhadap harga saham pada
perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2016. Jenis data yang
digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan yang dijadikan
sampel. Alat uji data menggunakan software SPSS 22 meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji
asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji kelayakan model
regresi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable GCG dan
rentability (ROA) terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini
tidak membuktikan variabel risk profile (NPL) dan capital (CAR) berpengaruh
terhadap harga saham.
Kata Kunci: Profil risiko, GCG, ROA, CAR dan harga saham.

abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of rate bank health variable as measured by
Risk profile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Return on Assets (ROA), and the
Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to the stock price at the banking company in the
Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. Type of data used in this research is
secondary data which is annual report of the corporate sampled. The test tool that
used in this research is SPSS 22 consist of descriptive analysis, classic assumption
test, multiple linier regression, coefficient determination test, regression model
feasibility test, and hypothesis test. The result of this research showed that GCG and
rentability (ROA) variable significantly affect the stock price. This research did not
proof that risk profile (NPL) variable, and Capital (CAR) affect the stock price.
