Penelitian ini berlokasi di Agroindustri Panda Alami Desa Cipadang, Kabupaten Pesawaran. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kelima elemen pengadaan bahan baku pada keripik pisang jenis oven maupun jenis goreng di Agroindustri Panda Alami sudah tepat karena sudah sesuai dengan harapan. (2) Proses pengolahan keripik pisang jenis oven telah sesuai dengan standar operational practice yang ditetapkan, sedangkan pada keripik pisang jenis goreng terdapat beberapa aspek yang belum sesuai. Pendapatan yang diperoleh pada produk keripik pisang jenis oven maupun jenis goreng sudah layak karena keduanya memiliki nilai R/C rasio lebih dari satu. Kedua produk keripik pisang jenis oven maupun jenis goreng memiliki nilai tambah yang positif dan layak untuk diusahakan. (3) Bauran pemasaran pada keripik pisang jenis oven maupun jenis goreng pada Agroindustri Panda Alami telah sesuai dengan komponenkomponen 4P. (4) Jasa layanan pendukung yang dimanfaatkan untuk menunjang produk keripik pisang pada Agroindustri Panda Alami adalah lembaga keuangan (Bank), lembaga penyuluhan, lembaga penelitian, sarana transportasi, infrastruktur, serta teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Kata kunci: agroindustri, keragaan, keripik pisang, nilai tambah abstract The purpose of this research was to analyze the five element of raw material procurement, processing, income, added value, and to know the marketing mix of banana chips, and the role of supporting services to Panda Alami Agroindustry. The research was located in Panda Alami Agroindustry, Cipadang Village, Pesawaran District. Analysis data used qualitative descriptive and quantitative. The result of research showed: (1) The five elements of raw material procurement on oven and fried banana chips in Panda Alami Agroindustry was appropriate because it was in accordance with expectations. (2) The process of oven banana chips processing has been in accordance with the standard operational practice, while there are some aspects that have not been appropriate of fried banana chips. The income earned on oven and fried banana chips products was feasible because both of them have R/C ratio more than one. Both products of oven and fried banana chips have positive and worthy added value to cultivate. 3) The marketing mix on oven and fried banana chips in Panda Alami Agroindustry have been in accordance with 4P components. 4) Supporting services utilized to support banana chips product at Panda Alami Agroidustry were financial institution (Bank), extension institution, research institute, transportation facility, infrastructure, also information technology and communication.
