SSI can be prevented by using an appropiate antibiotic prophylaxis. The research objective was determine the microorganisms that cause SSI on post laparatomy at RSUD Dr. H. Abdoel Moeloek Bandar Lampung and the sensitivity pattern to antibiotics. Method: This study was a descriptive study. Sampling was conducted at RSUD Dr. H. Abdoel Moeloek and examined in Microbiology Laboratorium in Medicine Faculty of Lampung University. The sample is pus from operation wound laparatomy swabs totaling 19 samples. Antibiotics used were amoxicillin, ceftriaxone, cefotaxime, and cefoxitine. Result: Microorganisms that cause SSI are Staphylococcus aureus (20,68%), Staphylococcus epidermidis (17,24%), Enterobacter cloacae (17,24%), Klebsiella pneumonia (10,34%), Eschericia coli (10,34%), Enterobacter sakazaki (6,89%), Proteus sp. (6,89%), Micrococcus sp. (3,44%), Pseudomonas sp. (3,44%), and Streptococcus sp. (3,44%). The microorganisms sensitivity pattern is resistent to amoxicillin (93,1%), cefotaxime (68,96%), dan ceftriaxone (55,17%) While the microorganisms sensitivity pattern to cefoxitine are sensitive (58,62%). Conclusion: Cefoxitine is the most sensitive antibiotic to microorganisms that cause SSI, while the most resistant is Amoxicillin. ABDUL MOELOEK PERIODE  NOVEMBER 2017-JANUARI 2018       Oleh     IFFAT TAQIYYAH     Latar Belakang: Infeksi Luka Operasi (ILO) adalah komplikasi dari tindakan operasi yang disebabkan oleh adanya infeksi akibat mikroorganisme yang masuk ke dalam luka operasi. ILO dapat dicegah dengan menggunakan antibiotik yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis bakteri penyebab ILO pasca operasi laparatomi dan kepekaan bakteri terhadap antibiotik profilaksis ILO. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek dan diperiksa di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lampung. Penelitian dilakukan pada November 2017-Januari 2018. Sampel yaitu swab pus luka operasi laparatomi sebanyak 19 sampel. Antibiotik yang digunakan adalah amoksisilin, seftriakson, sefotaksim, dan sefoksitin.  Hasil penelitian: Bakteri penyebab ILO pada pasien pasca operasi laparatomi yaitu Staphylococcus aureus (20,68%), Staphylococcus epidermidis (17,24%), Enterobacter cloacae (17,24%), Klebsiella pneumonia (10,34%), Eschericia coli (10,34%), Enterobacter sakazaki (6,89%), Proteus sp. (6,89%), Micrococcus sp. (3,44%), Pseudomonas sp. (3,44%), dan Streptococcus sp. (3,44%). Pola kepekaan bakteri adalah angka resistensi yaitu amoksisilin (93,1%), sefotaksim (68,96%), dan seftriakson (55,17%). Sedangkan sefoksitin merupakan antibiotik yang sensitif yaitu sefoksitin (58,62%). Simpulan: Antibiotik yang paling sensitif adalah sefoksitin dan antibiotik yang paling resisten adalah amoksisilin.
