N2  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai kelayakan ekonomi dari kinerja
mesin dodos merek etani. Serta memberikan dukungan dan kemampuan ekonomi
bagi pemiliknya. Dan juga untuk menghitung jumlah biaya pemotongan daun
pelepah kelapa sawit dan biaya operasional, umur teknis dan ekonomis. Sehingga
dapat memberikan gambaran kepada konsumen apakah mesin ini layak atau tidak
jika diuji secara ekonomis.
Untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang tinggi pada mesin pemotongan pelepah
kelapa sawit, maka perlu dilakukan analisis pada tiap-tiap sistem bekerja pada
mesin tersebut. Secara teknis dengan melakukan pengumpulan data primer dan
sekunder. Faktor umur ekonomis mesin, biaya pemeliharan, biaya penyusustan
yang mengacu pada penggunaan bahan bakar juga menjadi salah satu
perhitungannya. Data tersebut diolah dihitung dan akhirnya dibandingkan untuk
mendapatkan nilai peforma mesin terhadap biaya operasionalnya. Dari hasil
perhitungan tersebut akan ditentukan Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present Value
(NPV), dan Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C).
Berdasarkan hasil analisis ekonomis diperoleh biaya pokok pemotongan pelepah
per tahun adalah Rp18,20/pelepah, NPV mesin pemotongan kelapa sawit merek
etani sebesar Rp57.590.435,54/tahun, dan B/C Ratio mesin pemotongan pelepah
kelapa sawit merek etani sebesar 2,49.

abstract

This study aimed to determining the economic feasibility of the performance of
dodos machines of ethani brand. And provide economic support and capability for
the owner. And also to calculate the amount of cutting cost of oil palm leaf and
operational cost, technical and economic life. So it can give an idea to the
consumer whether the machine is feasible or not if tested economically.
To obtain a high profit on palm oil cutting machines, it is necessary to analyze
each system working on the machine. Technically by collecting primary and
secondary data. The economical factor of machine life, maintence cost, the cost of
the refers which refers to the use of fuel also become one of the calculations. The
treated data is calculated and ultimately compared to get the machine?s
performance value agains its operational costs. From the calculation results will
be determined Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), and Benefit
Cost Ratio (B/C).
Based on economic analysis result, the cost of cutting of midrib year is
Rp18,20/midrib, NPV palm cutiing machine of ethane brand is
Rp57.590.435,54/year, and B/C ratio of palm cutting plant of ethane brand palm is
2,49.
