Kenaikan jumlah mahasiswa berpengaruh kepada kenaikan jumlah pengguna kendaraan bermotor yang berimplikasi naiknya kebutuhan petak parkir. Parkir terpadu merupakan sebuah kebijakan jangka panjang Universitas Lampung untuk menata perparkiran menjadi lebih tertib dan teratur. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persentase pengguna kendaraan bermotor/transportasi umum, karakteristik parkir dan perbandingan perhitungan kebutuhan petak parkir penelitian dengan siteplan parkir terpadu Universitas Lampung. Data primer digunakan untuk menghitung persentase pengguna kendaraan bermotor dan karakteristik parkir diperoleh dengan membagikan 990 lembar kuisioner yang dibagikan secara acak. Sedangkan kebutuhan petak parkir diperoleh dari data sekunder, yakni jumlah mahasiswa serta tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan Universitas Lampung tahun 2013-2016. Jumlah kebutuhan petak diperoleh dari tabel ukuran kebutuhan ruang parkir pada pusat kegiatan dari Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat. Hasil Satuan Ruang Parkir dari tabel kemudian disesuaikan secara linier terhadap grafik jumlah kendaraan di propinsi Lampung tahun 2016-2036. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh persentase pengguna kendaraan sebesar 15\% mobil, 65\% motor dan 20\% angkutan umum/sepeda/jalan kaki. Selanjutnya kebutuhan Satuan Ruang Parkir untuk mobil 279 petak dan motor 1256 petak. Perbandingan kebutuhan petak parkir antara perhitungan dan siteplan parkir terpadu Universitas Lampung sebesar 897 petak mobil dan 1550 petak motor maka tidak perlu dilakukan penambahan petak parkir rencana. Analisis karakteristik parkir diperoleh nilai indeks parkir maksimum mobil 61,08\% dan motor 97,79\% Kata kunci : Parkir Terpadu, Karakteristik Parkir, Persentase Pengguna Kendaraan abstract The University of Lampung is the first state university in Lampung province and includes a favorite university in Indonesia; Number of students are possibly to increase in every years. The increase the number of students may influences to increase in the number of motor?s vehicle which implies the increasing demand for parking space. Integrated parking is a long-term policy of Lampung University to arrange parking to be more orderly and organized. This study was conducted to determine the percentage of motor?s vehicle / public transportation, parking characteristics and comparisons of parking space research needs calculation with integrated parking siteplan University of Lampung. Primary data is used to calculate the percentage of motor vehicle users and parking characteristics obtained by distributing 990 sheets of randomly distributed questionnaires. While the parking plot needs obtained from secondary data, namely the number of students and educators and education staff of the University of Lampung in 2013-2016. The number of plot needs is obtained from the size of the parking space requirement table at the activity center of the Directorate General of Land Transportation. Parking Unit results from the table are then adjusted linearly to the graph of the number of vehicles in Lampung province in 2016-2036. According the calculation results obtained the percentage of vehicle users by 15\% of cars, 65\% of motorcycles and 20\% of public transportatiom / bicycle / walker. Than, the needs of the Parking Space Unit for 279 plots of cars and 1256 plot of motorcyle. The comparison of parking lot requirement between the calculation and integrated parking space of University of Lampung is 897 plot of car and 1550 plot of motorcycle hence no need for additional plot parking plan. Analysis of parking characteristics obtained the value of car parking maximum index of 61,08\% and motor 97,79\%.
