%X Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan pemodelan SEM berbasis varian dengan menggunakan metode Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) dan mengetahui indikator yang memiliki reliabilitas dan validitas yang baik terhadap model.  Dalam penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah data dari laporan Competency Assessment dalam rangka penilaian pejabat Universitas Lampung tahun 2016.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa karir dipengaruhi langsung oleh manajemen dan dipengaruhi tidak langsung oleh pengembangan karir dan kompetensi.    Kata kunci:	SEM berbasis varian, Generalized Structured Component Analysis  (GSCA)      ABSTRACT      The purpose of this research is to obtain the model of varian based SEM by using Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) method and to know the indicators that have good reliability and validity to the model.  The competency assessment report data is used in the framework of the assessment of Lampung University officicers in 2016.  The results showed that the career directly affect the management and affect indirectly the career development and the competence.
