N2  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem pengukuran kinerja interaktif dan training  terhadap kinerja individu pada atlet angkat besi Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari hasil kuesioner yang diberikan kepada para atlet angkat besi yang ada di Indonesia yang diolah menggunakan alat bantu Smart PLS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian modifikasi dari penelitian sebelumnya dengan tema serupa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengukuran kinerja interaktif tidak berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja interaktif, namun variabel pemediasi yang dalam hal ini adalah training berpengaruh terhadap kinerja individu pada atlet angkat besi indonesia. Diharapkan penelitian ini akan memberikan kontribusi untuk penelitian selanjutnya dan dapat dijadikan bahan acuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja para atlet angkat besi Indonesia terutama dalam pagelaran olahraga terbesar di asia yaitu ASIAN GAMES 2018 dengan Indonesia sebagai tuan rumah.

ABSTRACT


This study aims to analyze the influence of interactive performance measurement system and training on individual performance at Indonesian weightlifter athletes. The sample of this study consists of questionnaire results given to the weightlifter athletes in Indonesia who processed using Smart PLS aids. This study is a modified study of previous research with a similar theme. The results of this study indicate that the interactive performance measurement system has no direct and significant effect on the interactive performance, but the mediating variables in this case is the training effect on the individual performance of the Indonesian weighlifting athletes. It is expected that this research will contribute to further research and can be used as a reference to improve the performance of Indonesian weightlifter athletes, especially in Asia's biggest sporting event, ASIAN GAMES 2018 with Indonesia as the host.
