"PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN Persero) merupakan Badan Usaha Milik\r\nNegara yang menjalankan bisnis kelistrikan dan bidang terkait lainnya yang\r\nberorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan, anggota perusahaan, dan pemegang saham.\r\nBerdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan PT PLN (Persero) 2016, PT\r\nPLN (Persero) Distribusi Lampung mendapatkan predikat kualitas pelayanan\r\nterburuk dibandingkan dengan PLN wilayah lainnya selama tahun 2015 dan 2016.\r\nHasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya masalah pada kinerja pelayanan dan\r\nmengindikasikan rendahnya voice behavior karyawan PT PLN (Persero)\r\nDistribusi Lampung.\r\nTujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh psychological contract breaches\r\n(PCB) dan leader-member exchange (LMX) terhadap voice behavior karyawan.\r\nMetode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang\r\ndisebar kepada seluruh karyawan di kantor PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Lampung\r\nsebanyak 136 orang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian\r\nkausalitas dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda.\r\nHasil penelitian mendukung hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu PCB berpengaruh\r\nnegatif dan signifikan terhadap voice behavior dan LMX berpengaruh positif dan\r\nsignifikan terhadap voice behavior. Saran bagi PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi\r\nLampung sebaiknya segera memberikan imbalan yang dijanjikan kepada\r\nkaryawan sebagai balas jasa atas kontribusi yang sudah dilakukan, meningkatkan\r\nkontribusi karyawan melalui kegiatan memotivasi karyawan agar merasa senang\r\nbekerja keras untuk atasan, dan meningkatkan prohibitive voice karyawan agar\r\nberani mengungkapkan masalah yang muncul di perusahaan.\r\nKata kunci: PCB, LMX, voice behavior.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nabstract\r\n\r\nPT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN Persero) is a State Owned Company that runs\r\nelectricity business and other related field oriented to customer satisfaction,\r\ncompany members and shareholders. Based on data obtained from the annual\r\nreport of PT PLN (Persero) 2016, PT PLN (Persero) Lampung Distribution get the\r\nworst service quality predicate compared to other regional PLN during 2015 and\r\n2016. These results indicate a problem on service performance and indicate low\r\nvoice behavior employees of PT PLN (Persero) Lampung Distribution.\r\nThe purpose of this research is to know the influence of psychological contract\r\nbreaches (PCB) and leader-member exchange (LMX) to employee voice behavior.\r\nData collection methods in this study using questionnaires distributed to all\r\nemployees in the office of PT PLN (Persero) Lampung Distribution of 136 people.\r\nThe research design used is causality research by using multiple linear regression\r\nanalysis.\r\nThe result of the research supports the proposed hypothesis that PCB has negative\r\nand significant effect on voice behavior and LMX has positive and significant\r\neffect on voice behavior. Suggestions for PT PLN (Persero) Lampung Distribution\r\nshould immediately provide promised benefits to employees as a reward for the\r\ncontribution that has been done, increase the contribution of employees through\r\nactivities motivate employees to feel happy to work hard for superiors, and\r\nincrease prohibitive voice employees to dare express problems appear in the\r\ncompany.\r\nKeywords: PCB, LMX, voice behavior."^^ .
