N2  - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengungkapan corporate social responsibility. Faktor-faktor yang digunakan antara lain profitabilitas, ukuran dewan komisaris, dan leverage. 
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan tahunan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang industri pupuk dan semen selama periode 2010-2015. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Total sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 laporan tahunan. Metode statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan SPSS 23.0.
Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa profitabilitas, ukuran dewan komisaris, dan leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan corporate social responsibility.

ABSTRACT

The objective of this study is to give empirical evidence of factors affecting corporate social responsibility disclosure. The factors used in this study are profitability, size of the board of commissioners and leverage.
The population in this study is the annual report of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) engaged in the field of fertilizer and cement industry during the period 2010-2015. Sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The total number of samples in this study is 48 annual reports. Statistical method use in this study is a multiple regression with SPSS 23.0.
The results of this study show that profitability, size of the board of commissioners, and leverage have a positive effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure.
