Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh KUR, lokasi usaha, dan lama usaha terhadap nilai produksi usaha mikro kecil. Sehingga dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan PT. BRI (persero) maupun pemerintah daerah dalam mengambil suatu kebijakan dalam meningkatkan perkembangan usaha mikro kecil.     Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah yang menerima KUR di PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Metro. Lokasi penelitian adalah di Kota Metro. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan variabel dummy untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel KUR, lokasi usaha, lama usaha.    Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan secara statistik KUR, lokasi usaha dan lama usaha berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai produksi usaha mikro kecil Industri Pengolahan. Besarnya pengaruh variabel KUR, lokasi usaha dan lama usaha berdasarkan hasil perhitungan  didapat nilai R2 sebesar 0,979. Hal ini menunjukkan variabel KUR, Lokasi usaha dan Lama usaha dalam menjelaskan variasi  nilai produksi sebesar 97,9%, sisanya 2,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti di luar model penelitian.      Kata Kunci : KUR (Kredit Usaha Rakyat), Lokasi Usaha, Lama Usaha, Nilai Produksi, UMK (Usaha Mikro Kecil), Industri Pengolahan        ABSTRACT    One sector that contributes to the economy in Metro City is the processing industry. This study aims to determine the effect of KUR, business location, and length of effort to the value of small micro business production. So that can be taken into consideration PT. BRI (Persero) and local government in taking a policy in improving the development of small micro business.    The object of this research is all customers receive KUR at PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk. Branch Office Metro. The research location is in Metro City. Analyzer used is multiple linier regression analysis method with dummy variable to know influence between KUR variable, business location, business length.    Based on the calculation statistically KUR, business location and business duration significantly influence the value of production of small micro business Processing Industry. The amount of KUR variable influence, business location and business duration based on the calculation results obtained R2 value of 0.979. This shows the KUR variable, business location and business length in explaining the variation of production value of 97.9%, the remaining 2.1% is influenced by other variables that are not examined outside the research model.
