Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran Somatik, Auditori, Visual, dan Intelektual pada mata pelajaran geografi kelas 12 IPS 1; 2) Untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran Somatik, Auditori, Visual, dan Intelektual pada mata pelajaran geografi kelas 12 IPS 1. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan objek penelitian seluruh siswa kelas 12 IPS 1 yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan; 1) Terdapat peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran Somatik, Auditori, Visual, dan Intelektual setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran tipe Somatik, Auditori, Visual, dan Intelektual siswa cenderung lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran; 2) Terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setalah diterapkan model pembelajaran tipe Somatik, Auditori, Visual, dan Intelektual setelah diterapkan model Somatik, Auditori, Visual, dan Intelektual sebagian siswa memperoleh nilai diatas KKM; 3) Model Pembelajaran tipe Somatik, Auditori, Visual, dan Intelektual sangat cocok diterapkan di kelas 12 IPS 1 karena dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa serta meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran geografi. Kata kunci : model pembelajaran tipe SAVI, aktivitas, hasil belajar THE APPLICATION COOPERATIVE OF SOMATIC, AUDITORY, VISUAL, AND INTELLECTUAL LEARNING MODEL TO IMPROVE STUDENTS' LEARNING ACTIVITY AND LEARNING RESULTS ON GEOGRAPHY SUBJECT FOR TWELVE GRADERS OF SOCIAL STUDIES 1 SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL 1 NATAR ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2017/2018 The problem in this research was motivated by the low learning results on Geography subject of twelve graders of Social Studies 1 Senior High School 1 Natar and also the limited application of learning model especially for types like Somatic, Auditory, Visual and Intellectual. This research aims to find out: 1) the improvement on students' learning activity by using Somatic, Auditory, Visual, and Intellectual learning model on Geography subject for twelve graders of Social Studies 1; 2) the improvement on students' learning results by using Somatic, Auditory, Visual, and Intellectual learning model on Geography subject for twelve graders of Social Studies 1. The method used in this research was classroom action research with all 31 students from grade 12 Social Studies 1.The results of this research showed that; 1) There was an improvement on students' learning activity after being taught with Somatic, Auditory, Visual, and Intellectual learning model; the students were likely becoming more active in the learning process after the application of Somatic, Auditory, Visual, and Intellectual learning model; 2) There was an improvement on students' learning results after being taught with Somatic, Auditory, Visual, and Intellectual learning model; half of the students obtained an improvement on scores after the application of Somatic, Auditory, Visual, and Intellectual learning model; 3) the Somatic, Auditory, Visual, and Intellectual learning model is suitable to be applied in grade 12 Social Studies 1 because it could improve students' learning activity and students' learning results on Geography subject.
