%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pemberian bakteri Bacillus
coagulans dengan dosis yang berbeda pada pakan terhadap Imunitas Non Spesifik
Udang Vaname. Metode pemberian bakteri Bacillus coagulans dengan cara
penyemprotan ke pakan komersil dengan FR 2,1%. Udang vaname yang
digunakan berukuran 13,1 ?0,06 gr sebanyak 10 ekor tiap akuarium. Akuarium
berukuran 50cm x 40cm x 40cm berjumlah 12 buah (4 perlakuan dan 3 kali
ulangan). Perlakuan K (kontrol), perlakuan A (dosis bakteri 104 CFU ml-1), B
(dosis bakteri 106 CFU ml-1) dan C (dosis bakteri 108 CFU ml-1). Penelitian
dilakukan selama 20 hari masa pemeliharaan dengan parameter uji total
haemocyte count (THC), differential haemocyte count (DHC) dan aktifitas
phagositosis (AP). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pemberian bakteri
Bacillus coagulans pada pakan memiliki pengaruh terhadap imunitas nonspesifik
udang vaname. Ketiga dosis bakteri Bacillus coagulans 104 CFU ml-1, 106 CFU
ml-1 dan 108 CFU ml-1 memberikan hasil terbaik selama pemeliharaan.

abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence bacterial distribution of
Bacillus coagulans with the different doses on feed towards non- specific immun
of vaname shrimp. Method of distribution of Bacillus coagulans bacteria is by
spraying into commercial feed with FR 2,1%. The vaname shrimp used is 13.1 ?
0.06 gr as much as 10 shrimp per aquarium. The aquarium measuring 50cm x
40cm x 40cm which is used amounted to 12 pieces for 4 treatments and 3
repetitions. Treatment K (control), treatment A (bacterial dose 104 CFU ml-1), B
(bacterial dose 106 CFU ml-1) and C (bacterial dose 108 CFU ml-1). The
research is conducted for 20 days of maintenance period with total haemocyte
count (THC), differential haemocyte count (DHC) and activity of phagositosis
(AP). The results showed that Bacillus coagulans bacteria feeding had an
influence on nonspecific immunity of vaname shrimp. The three doses of Bacillus
coagulans 104 CFU ml-1, 106 CFU ml-1 and 108 CFU ml-1 gave the best results
during maintenance.
