abstract: Website merupakan salah satu tolak ukur dari suatu universitas. Kualitas
website pada Universitas Lampung belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi berdasarkan
persepsi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kualitas website menggunakan
metode Webqual 4.0. Website yang dievaluasi adalah website fakultas, BAK,
UNILA, UPT Perpustakan, UPT Bahasa, KKN, Virtual Class, dan SIAKAD.
Total responden yang dianalisis sebanyak 679. Metode analisis data yang
digunakan adalah model persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial
Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini juga mengukur performance dari masingmasing
website. Website performance yang diukur adalah page load time, page
size, broken link, HTML error, jumlah pengunjung, dan jumlah file terindeks di
mesin pencari. Hasil pengujian dari delapan website menyatakan usability sangat
mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa, kecuali website KKN. Selain itu, hasil
pengujian website performance ditemukan website UPT Perpustakaan memiliki
13.23 detik page load time, 57000Kb page size, dan 55329.2Kb ukuran file
gambar. Sehingga, perlu adanya optimisasi terhadap website performance.

QUALITY AND EFFECTIVENESS EVALUATION WEBSITE
UNIVERSITY OF LAMPUNG TO MEASURE STUDENTS
SATISFACTION USING WEBQUAL METHOD

Website is one of the benchmarks of a university. The quality of website at
University of Lampung has never been evaluated based on student perception.
This research evaluates website quality using Webqual 4.0 method. Website
evaluated are faculty website, BAK, UNILA, UPT Library, UPT Language, KKN,
Virtual Class, and SIAKAD. The total respondents analyzed are 679. Data
analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least
Square (PLS) approach. Beside that, this research also measure the performance
of each website. Website performance measured are page load time, page size,
broken link, HTML error, number of visitors, and the number of files indexed in
the search engine. The results of eight websites stated usability greatly affect
student satisfaction, except KKN website. Beside that, the result of website
performance testing was found that UPT library website has 13.23 seconds page
load time, 5700Kb page size, and 55329.2Kb image file size. So, the optimization
of website performance is required.
