description: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keakuratan metode regresi kuantil  dalam menduga model pada data simulasi yang mengandung pencilan dan  membandingkan nilai dugaannya dengan metode kuadrat terkecil. Hasil menunjukkan  bahwa metode egresi kuantil baik digunakan pada data dengan kontaminasi pencilan  kurang dari sama dengan 50% dari jumlah data dan regresi kuantil menghasilkan  dugaan koefisien regresi yang lebih baik daripada metode kuadrat terkecil.  Kata Kunci: Regresi, MKT, Pencilan, Regresi Kuantil.    abstract  The purpose of this research is to find out the accuracy of the quantile regression  method in estimating models on stimulation data which contain outliers and to  compare value with ordinary least square. The result shows that the method performs  best to data contain outliers less than 50% of the total amount of data and quantile  regression produces a better coefficients estimation than ordinary least square.  Key words: Regression, OLS, Outliers, Quantile Regression.
