"Program Customer Relationship Management (CRM) menekankan tentang\r\nhubungan perusahaan dengan pelanggannya dan pelanggan dianggap sebagai ujung\r\ntombak suatu usaha. Salah satu perusahaan yang menerapkan adanya program\r\nCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) demi meningkatkan loyalitas\r\npelanggannya adalah Accor Management Group. Program ini disediakan oleh Accor\r\nManagement Group untuk memuaskan para anggota membernya demi mendapatkan\r\nloyalitas dari pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa\r\nefektifkah program dari penggunaan member Le Club AccorHotels Loyalty Program\r\ndalam menarik pelanggan. Peneliti menggunakan 4 kategori untuk menjadi tolok ukur\r\nsangat efektif, efektif, kurang efektif, dan tidak efektif yaitu High or True Loyalty,\r\nLatent Loyalty, Spurious Loyalty, Low Loyalty. Teknik pengambilan data yang\r\ndigunakan adalah wawancara dengan pihak Novotel Lampung dan Member Le Club\r\nAccorHotels, dan data tambahan dari dokumen maupun data online yang didapat.\r\nDari 4 kategori tersebut, program member Le Club AccorHotels termasuk dalam\r\nkategori ke 3 yaitu Spurious Loyalty yang mendominasi dari hasil yang diteliti.\r\nKategori ini menjadi dominan karena data yang didapat menunjukan para member\r\nmelakukan pembelian ulang walaupun tidak terlalu mempunyai ikatan emosional\r\nyang kuat terhadap Novotel Lampung.Melihat dari hasil yang didapat, maka\r\npenelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Le Club AccorHotels Loyalty Program yang\r\nditerapkan oleh pihak Novotel Lampung Termasuk dalam kategori kurang efektif\r\nterhadap loyalitas pelanggannya.\r\nKata Kunci : Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Loyalitas Pelanggan,\r\nNovotel Lampung\r\n\r\nANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVITY OF LE CLUB ACCORHOTELS LOYALTY\r\nPROGRAM USED BY NOVOTEL LAMPUNG ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY\r\n\r\nCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) programs emphasize the company's\r\nrelationship with its customers and customers are considered as the spearhead of a\r\nbusiness. One company that implements a Customer Relationship Management\r\n(CRM) program to increase customer loyalty is the Accor Management Group. This\r\nprogram is provided by Accor Management Group to satisfy its members to get\r\ncustomer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to find out how effective the program is\r\nfrom the use of Le Club AccorHotels Loyalty Program members in attracting\r\ncustomers. Researchers use 4 categories to be very effective, effective, less effective\r\nand ineffective benchmarks, namely High or True Loyalty, Latent Loyalty, Spurious\r\nLoyalty, Low Loyalty. The data were obtained from the interviews with Novotel\r\nLampung and Le Club AccorHotels Members, and additional data from documents\r\nand online data obtained. The results show that among the 4 categories, the Le Club\r\nAccorHotels member program is included in the third category, which is Spurious\r\nLoyalty that dominates the results studied. This category became dominant because\r\nthe data obtained showed that the members made repeat purchases even though they\r\ndid not have strong emotional ties to Novotel Lampung.
