Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data: Kepala sekolah;Guru dan Orangtua. Teknik analisa data menggunakan model Miles dan Hubberman, yakni: Pengumpulan data; Reduksi data; Penyajian data; Proses penarikan kesimpulan. Tempatpenelitian:PAUD TerpaduTitah Bunda Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian: Perencanaan pembelajaran, guru mengembangkan empati anak dengan merencanakan metode pembelajaran yang mendukung. Proses pembelajaran, guru mengembangkan empati anak dengan melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan metodepembelajaran dan model pembelajaran yang sesuai. Evaluasi pembelajaran, guru mengevaluasi pembelajaran dengan cara dan alat evaluasi yang tepat. Kata Kunci:anak usia dini, guru, empati. DEVELOPMENT OF EARLY CHILDHOOD?S EMPATHY This study aimed to describe children?s empathy development with the focus of research (1) Learning Planning; (2) Learning Process; (3) Evaluation of Learning. The research method used in this research was qualitative approach. The data were collected by using through interview, observation, and documentation. The data sources consisted of school principal, teachers and parents. The data analyzed by using Miles and Hubberman model: Data collection; Data reduction; Data presentation; Drawing conclusions. Research Setting: Titah Bunda Integrated PAUD of Bandar Lampung. Results showed that: Learning planning, teacher developed children?s empathy by planning some supporting methods. Learning process, teachers developed children?s empathy by implementing learning using learning methods and appropriate learning models. Evaluation of learning, teachers evaluated learning by evaluation methods and evaluation tools appropriate. Keywords: early childhood, teacher, empathy.
