N2  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja usahatani manggis dan keberlanjutan usahatani manggis dari aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan aspek lingkungan.  Lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan sengaja di Terdana, Kota Agung, Kabupaten Tanggamus.  Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 54 petani yang produknya telah di Sertifikasi Prima.  Kinerja budidaya manggis dinilai dengan R/C ratio.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja usahatani manggis dalam R/C rasio per ha adalah 6,91; itu berarti bahwa setiap biaya tunai yang dikeluarkan oleh petani sebesar Rp1,00 maka petani akan menerima pendapatan sebesar Rp6,91 (dapat memberikan manfaat pada aspek ekonomis). Program Sertifikasi Prima budidaya manggis di Terdana, Kota Agung, Kabupaten Tanggamus cukup berkelanjutan pada aspek ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan dengan indeks keberlanjutan secara berturut-turut sebesar  71,02; 77,60 dan 73,16.

ABSTRACT

This research aims to analyze the performance of mangosteen farming and certification benefits of sustainable mangosteen farming development in terms of economic, social, and environmental aspects.  The location of the research is decided purposely in Terdana, Kota Agung, Tanggamus District.  The samples of this research are 54 farmers whose products have been certified by Prima. The performance of mangosteen farming is assessed by R/C ratio.  The results showed that the performance of mangosteen farming in terms of R/C ratio per ha was 6.91; it meant that each cash cost incurred by the farmers was Rp1.00 then the farmers would receive revenue of Rp6.91 (could provide benefits on economical aspects).  Prima Certification Program of mangosteen farming in Terdana, Kota Agung, Tanggamus District was quite sustainable in economic, social, and environmental aspects, in which sustainability index were 71.02; 77.60 and 73.16.
