?url_ver=Z39.88-2004&rft_id=1115031084&rft_val_fmt=info%3Aofi%2Ffmt%3Akev%3Amtx%3Adc&rft.title=ANALISIS+PROTEKSI+TEGANGAN+LEBIH+TRANSIEN+PADA+BASE+TRANSCEIVER+STATION+(BTS)+AKIBAT+SAMBARAN+PETIR+PADA+MENARA+TELEKOMUNIKASI&rft.creator=YOGA+PUTRA+PRATHAMA%2C+1115031084&rft.subject=Teknik+Elektro.+Rekayasa+elektronik+Nuklir&rft.description=ABSTRAK+%0D%0A%0D%0APetir+merupakan+fenomena+alam+yang+tidak+dapat+dihindari.+Petir+sering+terjadi+pada+wilayah+beriklim+tropis+termasuk+Indonesia.+Sambaran+petir+akan+menyebabkan+tegangan+lebih+pada+sistem+tenaga+listrik.+Jika+tegangan+lebih+diakibatkan+oleh+sambaran+petir+lebih+tinggi+dari+batas+isolasi+peralatan%2C+akan+menyebabkan+kerusakan+pada+peralatan.+Base+Transceiver+Station+(BTS)+mudah+terkena+sambaran+petir+karena+mempunyai+struktur+bangunan+yang+tinggi+yaitu+antena+telekomunikasi+dan+semua+peralatan+BTS+yang+memiliki+batas+isolasi+rendah.%0D%0A%0D%0APenelitian+ini+dilakukan+untuk+menganalisis+kapasitas+sistem+proteksi+tegangan+lebih+pada+BTS+dengan+menggunakan+program+MATLAB%2FSimulink+8.1.+Sistem+proteksi+tegangan+lebih+terdiri+dari+beberapa+peralatan+proteksi+surja+(SPDs).+SPDs+yang+digunakan+pada+penelitian+ini%2C+yaitu+Metal+Oxide+Varistor+(MOV)%2C+dan+Gas+Discharge+Arrester+(GDA).+Penelitian+ini+menggunakan+tiga+konfigurasi+SPDs%2C+yaitu+MOV%2C+GDA+dan+kombinasi+MOV%2BGDA+yang+terhubung+paralel.+Peralatan+SPDs+dipasang+antara+fasa+-+netral+dan+antara+netral+%E2%80%93+PE.+Tegangan+impuls+standar+1%2C2%2F50+%C2%B5s+disuplai+ke+bagian+puncak+menara+BTS.+Tegangan+impuls+divariasikan+antara+500+V+sampai+dengan+10+kV+untuk+meneliti+kapasitas+dari+SPDs.%0D%0A%0D%0ATegangan+antara+fasa+%E2%80%93+netral+dan+netral+%E2%80%93+PE+diukur+pada+simulasi.+Hasil+simulasi+menunjukkan+kapasitas+terendah+dihasilkan+dari+sistem+proteksi+yang+menggunakan+MOV.+MOV+mampu+menahan+tegangan+impuls+sampai+1%2C3+kV+dengan+tegangan+sisa+sebesar+487%2C11+V.+Penggunaan+GDA+sebagai+SPDs+peralatan+proteksi+surja+mampu+menahan+tegangan+impuls+sampai+1%2C7+kV+dengan+tegangan+sisa+terukur+sebesar+495%2C77+V.+Kapasitas+yang+paling+tinggi+adalah+dengan+kombinasi+MOV+dan+GDA+yang+terhubung+secara+paralel.+Konfigurasi+MOV+dan+GDA+mampu+menahan+tegangan+impuls+sampai+4%2C5+kV+dengan+tegangan+potong+sebesar+491%2C54+V.+Batas+isolasi+peralatan+tegangan+rendah+pada+BTS+adalah+500+V.+Oleh+karena+itu+tegangan+lebih+antara+fasa+%E2%80%93+netral+selama+sambaran+petir+tidak+menimbulkan+kerusakan+pada+peralatan.+Penelitian+ini+merekomendasikan+peralatan+proteksi+surja+(SPDs)+yaitu+MOV+dan+GDA+yang+dipasang+secara+paralel.%0D%0A%0D%0AKata+Kunci+%3A+sambaran+petir%2C+tingkat+batas+isolasi%2C+sistem+tenaga+listrik%2C+tegangan+lebih%2C+Base+Transceiver+Station+(BTS)%2C+peralatan+proteksi+surja%2C+Metal+Oxide+Varistor+(MOV)%2C+Gas+Discharge+Arrester+(GDA).%0D%0A%0D%0AABSTRACT%0D%0A%0D%0ALightning+is+a+natural+phenomena+which+cannot+be+prevented.+Lightning+mostly+occurs+in+tropical+regions+including+Indonesia.+Lightning+strikes+result+in+overvoltage+in+electrical+power+systems.+If+overvoltage+due+to+lightning+strike+is+more+higher+than+insulation+level+of+equipment%2C+it+become+damage+to+the+equipment.+Base+Transceiver+Station+(BTS)+is+prone+to+lightning+strike+because+it+have+a+tall+structure%2C+i.e.+antenna+telecommunication%2C+more+over+all+equipment+in+BTS+have+low+insulation+level.%0D%0A%09%0D%0AThis+research+analyzes+the+capacity+of+overvoltage+protection+system+in+BTS+using+MATLAB%2FSimulink+8.1+program+tool.+Overvoltage+protection+system+consists+of+various+SPDs.+There+are+two+SPDs+used+in+this+research%2C+i.e+Metal+Oxide+Varistor+(MOV)+and+Gas+Discharge+Arrester+(GDA).+There+are+three+installation+configuration+of+SPDs%2C+i.e+only+MOV%2C+only+GDA+and+parallel+combination+of+MOV+and+GDA.+All+SPDs+were+installed+between+phase-+and+neutral-line+and+neutral-+and+PE-line.+A+lightning+impulse+voltage+standard+1%2C2%2F50+%C2%B5s+was+supplied+to+the+top+of+antenna.+The+impulse+voltage+was+varied+between+500+V+to+10+kV+to+investigate+the+capacity+of+SPDs.%0D%0A%0D%0AVoltages+between+phase-+to+neutral-line+and+neutral-+to+PE-line+were+measured+in+the+simulation.+The+results+show+lowest+capacity+of+SPDs+is+MOV.+The+MOV+can+withstand+impulse+voltage+up+to+1.3+kV+and+the+residual+voltage+between+phase+to+neutral+is+487.11+V.+The+GDA+can+withstand+impulse+voltage+up+to+1.7+kV+and+the+residual+voltage+between+phase+to+neutral+is+495.77+V.+The+highest+capacity+of+SPDs+was+achieved+by+parallel+combination+of+MOV+and+GDA.+This+configuration+can+withstand+impulse+voltage+up+to+4.5+kV+and+the+residual+voltage+between+phase+to+neutral+is+491.54+V.++The+Insulation+Level+of+equipment+in+BTS+is+500+V%2C+hence+the+voltage+between+phase+to+neutral+during+lightning+strike+are+not+damage+to+the+equipment+of+BTS.+This+research+recommends+a+parallel+combination+of+MOV+and+GDA+as+SPDs+at+BTS.+%0D%0A%0D%0AKeywords+%3A+Lightning+strikes%2C+overvoltage%2C+Base+Transceiver+Station+(BTS)%2C+Surge+Protective+Devices+(SPDs)%2C+Metal+Oxide+Va
