Metode penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode survei mulai Maret sampai dengan April 2018, dengan mengamati seluruh kambing Saburai milik peternak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa populasi kambing Saburai di Desa Gisting Atas sebanyak 89 ekor. Status reproduksi kambing Saburai sebagai berikut : ratarata umur pertama kali kawin jantan yaitu 15,47 bulan dan betina 12,05 bulan, rata-rata post partum mating selama 2,67 bulan, interval beranak selama 8,67 bulan. Nilai NI 24,72\%, nilai NRR jantan yaitu 234,92\% dan betina yaitu 121,62\%, dan nilai output yaitu 24,72\% (28 ekor). Kata kunci : Struktur populasi, Status Reproduksi, Natural Increase, Net Replacement Rate, Output ABSTRACT The aim of study was to identify reproduction status, Natural Increase, Net Replacement Rate, and Output estimation in Saburai Goat of Gisting Atas village, Gisting subdistrict, Tanggamus regency. The research was using survei methode started in March until April 2018 with observe all of Saburai goat. The results showed that the population of Saburai goat consist of 89 goats. Reproduction status of Saburai Goat are : average first mating male on 15,47 months and female on 12,05 months, average post partum mating during 2,67 months, average calving interval during 8,67 months. Saburai goat Natural Increase is 24,72\%, Net Replacement Rate of male is 234,92\%, dan female is 121,62\%, Output is 24,72\% (28 goats).
