abstract: Kemiskinan masih menjadi masalah terbesar bagi bangsa Indonesia. Oleh karena
itu perlu dicari solusi untuk mengatasi, atau paling tidak untuk mengurangi tingkat
kemiskinan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh
Korupsi, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, dan Kesenjangan Sosial terhadap
Kemiskinan di 16 provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2004,2006,2008 dan 2010.
Penelitian ini menggunakan model dengan pendekatan Fixed Effect Model
(FEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indeks korupsi (CI) memiliki hasil
yang negative dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di 16 provinsi di Indonesia ,
Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Kesenjangan Sosial secara masing-masing
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di 16 (enam belas)
provinsi di Indonesia periode 2004,2006,2008 dan 2010,ceteris paribus.

abstract

Poverty remains the biggest problem for Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary to find
solutions to overcome, or at least to reduce the level of poverty in Indonesia. This
study aimed to analyze the effect of corruption ,HDI and social gap on poverty in
Indonesia. The method used in this study are PLS (Panel Least Square) using
secondary data types. Research samples are 16 provinces in Indonesia in
2004,2006,2008 and 2010.This study used a model with the approach of Fixed
Effect Model (FEM). The results showed that the index of corruption (CI) have
negative and significant effect on poverty (POV), Human Development Index
(HDI),and Social Gap (SG) have positive and significant effect on Poverty (POV)
in 16 (sixteen) provinces in Indonesia period 2004,2006,2008 and 2010, ceteris
paribus.
