description: Penelitian ini bertujan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat kesehatan bank  terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode RGEC. Metode RGEC  dapat diukur dengan Risk Profile (NPL/non performing loan), Good Corporate  Governance (Self Assessment), Earning (ROA/return on asset), Capital  (CAR/capital adequancy ratio), dan Nilai Perusahaan (PBV/price book value).  Populasi penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI  (Bursa efek Indonesia) pada tahun 2013-2016. Metode yang digunakan purposive  sampling dengan beberapa kritera tertentu. Jenis data yang di gunakan adalah data  sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan  menggunakan software SPSS 22.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Risk profile tidak berpengaruh  terhadap nilai perusahaan, variabel Good Coporate Governance berpengaruh  positif pada nilai perusahaan, variabel Earning/rentabilitas berpengaruh positif  terhadap nilai perusahaan dan variabel Capital tidak berpengaruh pada nilai  perusahaan.  Kata Kunci: profil resiko, tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, rentabilitas,  Permodalan, dan nilai perusahaan.    abstract    This research aimed to analyze the effect of health banking by using RGEC  methods on the firm value. RGEC methods is measured with risk profile  (NPL/non performing loan), good coporate governance (self assessment), earnings  (ROA/return on asset), capital (CAR/capital adequancy ratio), firm value  (PBV/price book value).  The population in this research are the banking companies listed in Indonesia  Stock Exchange on 2013-2016. The sampling method is done by purposive  sampling with some specific criterias. Type of data used in this research is  secondary data. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis by using  SPSS 22.  The results showed that risk profile variables did not effect the firm value, Good  corporate governance variables had a positive effect on firm value, earnings  variables had a positive effect on firm value, and capital variables did not effect  the firm value.
