TERHADAP STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN
MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
PERIODE 2013-2016
%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi
struktur modal pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia periode 2013-2016. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah
likuiditas, struktur aktiva,dan risiko bisnis.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang
terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2016. Sampel yang diperoleh
adalah sebanyak 480 data observasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah
analisis regresi berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel likuiditas dan struktur aktiva
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal, sementara variabel risiko bisnis
tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal.
Kata Kunci : Struktur Modal, Likuiditas, Struktur Aktiva, dan Risiko Bisnis

ABSTRACT

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the capital structure of
manufacturing companies who listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period
2013-2016. The variables in this study are Liquidity, Assets Structure, and
Business Risk
The population used in this study are a manufacturing companies who listed on
the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. Sample were obtained are as
much 480 data observasion. The method use in this study is a multiple regression.
The results found that the variable liquidity and assets structure are significant
affect to capital structure, and another variables like business risk is not
significant affect to capital structure.
