TY - GEN ID - eprints3449 UR - http://digilib.unila.ac.id/3449/ A1 - RODI SATRIA, 1223012017 Y1 - 2014/09/24/ N2 - This research aims to identify and analyze the correlation: 1) the school climate with teacher performance, 2) feasibility infrastructure with teacher performance, 3) school climate and feasibility infrastructure simultaneously with the performance of high school teachers in the District of the Pesisir Barat. The method used is an ex post facto with analyzed using correlation. Cluster Sampling is used for sampling research. Meanwhile the determination of the sample obtained using Taro Yamane formula, which is a total of 106 teachers from the 145 teachers who teach in high schools in the District of the Pesisir Barat. Data were obtained through a questionnaire and analyzed using correlation. The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant correlation between school climate with teacher performance, 2) there is a positive and significant correlation between the feasibility of the infrastructure with the performance of teachers, 3) there is a positive and significant correlation between school climate and infrastructure feasibility simultaneously the performance of teachers at senior high schools in the District of the Pesisir Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan : 1) iklim sekolah dengan kinerja guru, 2) kelayakan sarana prasarana dengan kinerja guru, 3) iklim sekolah dan kelayakan sarana prasarana secara simultan dengan kinerja guru SMA di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex post facto dengan analisis deskriptif korelasional. Populasi adalah guru SMA Kabupaten Pesisir Barat, Teknik Cluster Sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel penelitian. Sementara itu, penentuan responden diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane, yaitu sebanyak 106 guru dari 145 guru yang mengajar pada SMA di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Data diperoleh melalui angket kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan kinerja guru, 2) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kelayakan sarana prasarana dengan kinerja guru, 3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara iklim sekolah dan kelayakan sarana prasarana secara simultan dengan kinerja guru pada Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat.
