TY - THES ID - eprints3457 UR - http://digilib.unila.ac.id/3457/ A1 - NUR KHOLIS, 1121031033 Y1 - 2014/05/20/ N2 - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan Reliance on Multiple Performance measure (RMPM) terhadap Role conflict dan Role Ambiquity, bagaimana pengaruh Role conflick dan Role Ambiquity terhadap burnout, dan menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh Reliance on Multiple Performance Measure, Role Conflict, Role ambiguity, dan Burnout terhadap Job Performance. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, penelitian ini dilakukan di sektor kesehatan, terutama rumah sakit di Bandar Lampung. Dengan menggunakan 127 pegawai Rumah Sakit yang dijadikan responden , peneliti menganalisis data dengan menggunakan alat uji Partial Least Square (PLS), dan secara umum peneliti menemukan bahwa peningkatan kinerja RMPM akan dapat mengurangi peran konflik, peran ambiguity serta mengurangi tingkat emosional, meningkatkan prestasi dan sikap peduli terhadap karier yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan bersangkutan, Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan adanya bahwa adanya kejelasan peran karyawan Rumah Sakit akan menjadi motivaasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih baik. Kata kunci : Reliance On Multiple Performance Measure ( RMPM), role conflict, role ambiguity, burnout, dan job performance.ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCES OF RELIANCE ON MULTIPLE PERFORMANCE MEASUSRE, ROLE CONFLICT, ROLE AMBIGUITY, ROLE, BURNOUT TO JOB PERFORMANCE (A Case Study in All Hospitals in Bandar Lampung) Oleh NUR KHOLIS The objectives of this research were to explain the influence of reliance on multiple performance measure (RMPM ) to Role conflict and Role Ambiquity to explain the influence of role conflict and role ambiguity to burnout, and to explain the influence of Reliance on Multiple Performance Measure, Role Conflict, Role ambiguity, and Burnout to Job Performance. To obtain the objectives of this research, this research was conducted in health sector, especially in hospitals in Bandar Lampung. Based on 127 respondents, the researcher analyzed data by using Partial Least square (PLS) test device. The researcher found that the improvement of RMPM would be able to reduce role conflict Role ambiguity, and reduce emotional level, improve achievement and concern attitude to carrier that they were finallu able to improve employees performances. This research also revealed that the clarity of employees role in hospital would motivate them to improve their performance keyword : Reliance On Multiple Performance Measure ( RMPM), role conflict, role ambiguity, burnout, dan job performance.
