This research used research and development approach of Borg and Gall.. The study was conducted SMAN I Liwa, SMAN 2 Liwa, SMAN 1 Sumberjaya, and SMA N I Way Tenong. Collected data used tests and questionnaires. Data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The conclusions of the study were: (1) interactive multimedia could be developed for learning materials that are difficult for students of class X in West Lampung, that was difficult uniformly accelerated motion (GLBB) material, (2) produced interactive multimedia products validated by media, material, and design experts, (3) interactive multimedia products that was produced was effective, with an average value of student achievement that uses interactive multimedia that is 8.21 {\ensuremath{>}} average student achievement that not to uses interactive multimedia is 5.65, (4) the use of interactive multimedia was efficient with a value of 2.57 {\ensuremath{>}} 1, and (5) the attractiveness in interactive multimedia in a very interesting category, with an average score attraction is 4,13. Key Words: Learning Media, interactive multimedia, generic science skills Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis dan menemukan potensi dan kondisi media pembelajaran interaktif materi GLBB kelas X yang telah digunakan siswa SMA di Kabupaten Lampung Barat, (2) menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran interaktif yang sesuai dengan materi GLBB Kelas X berbasis keterampilan generik sains berbasis animasi flash menggunakan Macromedia Flash, (3) menganalisis efektivitas media pembelajaran interaktif materi GLBB Kelas X berbasis keterampilan generik sains berbasis animasi flash menggunakan Macromedia Flash, (4) menganalisis efisiensi media pembelajaran interaktif materi GLBB Kelas X berbasis keterampilan generik sains berbasis animasi flash menggunakan Macromedia Flash, dan (5) menganalisis daya tarik media pembelajaran interaktif materi GLBB Kelas X berbasis keterampilan generik sains berbasis animasi flash menggunakan Macromedia Flash. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan Borg and Gall. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Liwa, SMA Negeri 2 Liwa, SMA Negeri 1 Sumberjaya, dan SMA Negeri 1Way Tenong. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan angket. Data penelitian dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah: (1) multimedia interaktif dapat dikembangkan untuk materi pembelajaran bagi siswa kelas X di Kabupaten Lampung Barat yaitu materi GLBB yang sulit, (2) produk multimedia interaktif yang dihasilkan divalidasi ahli media, materi, dan desain, (3) produk multimedia interaktif yang dihasilkan efektif dengan nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa yang menggunakan multimedia interaktif yaitu 8,21 {\ensuremath{>}} rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa yang tidak menggunakan multimedia interaktif yaitu 5,65, (4) Penggunaan multimedia interaktif efisien dengan nilai efisiensi 2,57 {\ensuremath{>}} 1, dan (5) daya tarik Multimedia interaktif dalam kategori sangat menarik, dengan skor rata-rata daya tarik adalah 4,13.
