This study aims to describe the process and outcomes of learning to speak by negotiating text includes analysis of the RPP, the activities of teachers and students, as well as evaluation. The method that used in this study is a descriptive qualitative. Qualitative descriptive research is to explain and describe the object under the study. The researcher describe about process and outcomes of learning to speak by negotiating text in class 3 of science grade X of SMA Negeri 2 consisti of lesson plans, instructional implementation, and evaluation of learning. RPP showed good results in accordance with systematic instructional planning instruments, including the identity aspects of the study, formulation of indicators, learning objectives, the selection of teaching materials, the selection of learning resources, media selection learning, learning models, learning scenarios, and assessment. The implementation process of learning teachers activities include pra-learning, the core activities of learning and cover. All activities are performing well, with a perfect teacher learning using a scientific approach include activities to observe, ask, explore, associate and communicate. There are several aspects that are less than perfect such as the delivery of competency, plan activities, utilizing the media and close the learning need to be considered again. Student activities carried out properly and in accordance with the instrument of learning activities in the negotiating text speak basic competence. The activities include of students observe, asking quetion, exploring, associate and communicate. Evaluation of learning undertaken by teachers use assessment techniques and the performance appraisal process. Cakupan terpenting dalam kegiatan pembelajaran berbicara melalui teks negosiasi meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil pembelajaran berbicara melalui teks negosiasi mencakupi analisis terhadap RPP, aktivitas guru dan siswa, serta evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif bersifat menggambarkan, memaparkan dan menguraikan objek yang diteliti. Peneliti mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil pembelajaran berbicara melalui teks negosiasi di kelas X IPA 3 SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung yang terdiri atas perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. RPP menunjukkan hasil yang baik sesuai dengan sistematika instrumen perencanaan pembelajaran, diantaranya dari aspek identitas mata pelajaran, perumusan indikator, tujuan pembelajaran, pemilihan materi ajar, pemilihan sumber belajar, pemilihan media belajar, model pembelajaran, skenario pembelajaran, dan penilaian. Proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran aktivitas guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran meliputi prapembelajaran, kegiatan inti pembelajaran dan penutup. Semua kegiatan terlaksana dengan baik, guru dengan sempurna menggunakan pembelajaran pendekatan ilmiah meliputi aktivitas mengamati, menanya, mengeksplorasi, mengasosiasi dan mengomunikasi. Ada beberapa aspek yang kurang sempurna seperti penyampaian kompetensi, rencana kegiatan, pemanfaat media dan menutup pembelajaran perlu diperhatikan lagi. Aktivitas siswa dilakukan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan instrumen aktivitas dalam pembelajaran berbicara kompetensi dasar teks negosiasi. Aktivitas siswa meliputi aktivitas mengamati, aktivitas menanya, aktivitas mengeksplorasi, aktivitas mengasosiasi, dan aktivitas mengomunikasi. Evaluasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru menggunakan teknik penilaian proses dan penilaian kinerja.} }
