EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI JURUSAN AKUNTANSI DI SMK DEWANTARA CANDIPURO

abstract: The purpose of the study was to make recommendations with regard to the implementation of vocational Dewantara Candipuro Prakerin in South Lampung that includes context, input, process, and product in Prakerin program. The research using CIPP model of evaluation methods, conducted in vocational school Dewantara Candipuro South Lampung. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, and analyzed with descriptive documentation as well as further qualitative categorized and used percent. Conclusions of research are: (1) context with the results obtained in terms of categories that enough school environment that supports the implementation of Prakerin, (2) input Prakerin implementation results obtained with enough categories, including the availability of facilities and infrastructure of human resources, student characteristics, planning Prakerin and Prakerin committee, (3) the results obtained with the implementation Prakerin enough categories, (4) the results of Prakerin obtained results with sufficient category. Keywords: evaluation, implementation, industry work practices.

Tujuan penelitian adalah memberi rekomendasi berkenaan dengan pelaksanaan Prakerin di SMK Dewantara Candipuro Lampung Selatan yang meliputi konteks, input, proses, dan produk dalam program Prakerin.
Penelitian menggunakan metode evaluasi model CIPP, dilakukan di SMK Dewantara Candipuro Lampung Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis dengan deskriptif kualitatif yang selanjutnya dipersentasekan dan dikategorikan.
Kesimpulan penelitian adalah: (1) context diperoleh hasil dengan kategori cukup yaitu dalam hal kondisi lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung pelaksanaan Prakerin, (2) input pelaksanaan Prakerin diperoleh hasil dengan kategori cukup, meliputi ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana sumber daya manusia, karakteristik siswa, perencanaan Prakerin dan panitia Prakerin, (3) proses pelaksanaan Prakerin diperoleh hasil dengan kategori cukup, (4) hasil dari Prakerin diperoleh hasil dengan kategori cukup.
