%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manejemen Pelaksanaan Anggaran (SIMPAN) dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja individu di Bagian Keuangan Universitas Lampung.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap 45 Pegawai Universitas Lampung yang telah menggunakan Aplikasi SIMPAN lebih dari 6 Bulan yang menjadi Responden dalam penelitian ini, hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa ?kualitas pelayanan, kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi, serta kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja individu di Bagian keuangan Universitas Lampung? tidak sepenuhnya diterima. Hasil penelitian ini juga membuktikan Kualitas layanan dan Kualitas informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja individu. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna

This study aimed to examine the effect of service quality, system quality and information quality on user satisfaction of information system, management is the application of Information Systems Implementation Budget (SIMPAN) and its impact on the performance of individuals in the Finance Department, University of Lampung.
Based on the results of a study of 45 Lampung University's staff who have used the application SIMPAN more than 6 months who become respondents in this study, studies show that the hypothesis that ?service quality, system quality and information quality has positive influence on user satisfaction of information system, and user satisfaction of information systems affect the performance of individuals in the financial section of Lampung University? not fully accepted. Because the results of this experiment indicate quality of service does not affect the performance of individual.
