N2  - Fiscal progress in the province of Lampung since the era of regional autonomy (2001-
2015) has continued to improve and influence the factors that affect investment, the
rate of economic growth and energy on fiscal independence in the province of
Lampung. This study uses descriptive analysis and uses multiple regression models
with the Error Correction Model (ECM) method. Fiscal independence in the province
of Lampung since the era of regional autonomy (2001-2015) continued to fluctuate
with an average value of 12.4% related to the financial independence of the Lampung
province in the less category. The estimation results show the amount of investment
and economic growth rate is positive and significant for fiscal independence in
Lampung province, while labor is not significant for fiscal independence in Lampung
province.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah tingkat fiscal independence di
provinsi Lampung sejak era otonomi daerah (2001-2015) terus mengalami
peningkatan serta bagaimana pengaruh faktor-faktor yang dianggap
mempengaruhi yaitu investasi, laju pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tenagaterhadap
fiscal independence di provinsi Lampung . Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis
deskriptif dan menggunakan model regresi berganda dengan metode Error
Correction Model (ECM). Berdasarkan hasil perolehan disimpulkan bahwa
tingkat fiscal independence di provinsi Lampung sejak era otonomi daerah (2001-
2015) terus berfluktuasi dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 12,4% yang berrati
bahwa kemandirian keuangan daerah provinsi Lampung tergolong dalam kategori
kurang. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa jumlah investasi dan laju
pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap fiscal
independence di provinsi Lampung, sedangkan tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap fiscal independence di Provinsi Lampung.
Kata Kunci: fiscal independence, kemandirian fiskal, investasi, laju pertumbuhan
ekonomi dan tenaga kerja.
