The dependent variable in  this study is the the women’s labor working time and the independent variables in  this study were the level of education, women's income, husband's income, age,  and the number of family dependents. The research method used is Multiple  Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the variables of women's  income, age, and number of family dependents had a positive and significant  effect on the women’s labor working time, while the husband's income variable  had a negative and significant effect on the women’s labor working time in  Dwikora Jaya Village, Gunung Agung District, West Tulang Bawang Regency.  Keywords: Women’s labor working time, Women's income ,Husband's income,  Level of education, Age, and number of family dependents  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang  mempengaruhi curahan waktu kerja buruh tani wanita dan mengetahui berapa  persen kontribusi pendapatan buruh tani wanita terhadap pendapatan total rumah  tangga di Desa Dwikora Jaya, Kecamatan Gunung Agung, Kabupaten Tulang  Bawang Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Variabel terikat dalam  penelitian ini yaitu curahan waktu kerja buruh tani wanita dan variabel bebas  dalam penelitian ini yaitu tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan wanita, pendapatan  suami, umur, dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan  adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa  variabel pendapatan wanita, umur, dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap curahan waktu kerja buruh tani wanita, sedangkan  variabel pendapatan suami berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap curahan  waktu kerja buruh tani wanita di Desa Dwikora Jaya, Kecamatan Gunung Agung,  Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat.  Kata kunci: Curahan Waktu Kerja, Jumlah Tanggungan Keluarga, Pendapatan  wanita, Pendapatan Suami, Tingkat Pendidikan, dan Umur.
