While  the  price  of  basic  needs  does  not  affect  the  level  of  public  consumption   before  and  after  the  division  of  the  area  in  tulang  bawang  regency.  However   silmutan  shows  that  people's  income  and  the  price  of  basic  necessities   significantly influence the level of consumption of the community before and after   the division of the area in Tulang Bawang regency.  Keywords:  community income, level of community consumption, price of basic   needs    Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  melihat  secara  empiris  pengaruh  pendapatan  dan   harga  kebutuhan  pokok  terhadap  tingkat  konsumsi  masyarakat  sebelum  dan   sesudah  pemekaran  wilayah  di  Kabupaten  Tulang  Bawang.  Penelitian  ini   menggunakan  data  sekunder  yang  diambil  dari  situs  Badan  Pusat  Statistik   Provinsi  Lampung  dan  Badan  Pusat  Statistik  Kabupaten  Tulang  Bawang.  Alat   analisis yang digunakan adalah  analaisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian   ini menunjukkan bahwa  secara parsial pendapatan masyarakat memiliki pengaruh   yang  siginifikan  terhadap  tingkat  konsumsi  masyarakat  sebelum  dan  sesudah   pemekaran  wilayah  di  Kabupaten  Tulang  Bawang.  Sedangkan  harga  kebutuhan   pokok  tidak  berpengaruh  terhadap  tingkat  konsumsi  masyarakat  sebelum  dan   sesudah  pemekaran  wilayah  di  Kabupaten  Tulang  Bawang.  Namun  secara  uji   bersamasama  menunjukan  bahwa  pendapatan  masyarakat  dan  harga  kebutuhan  pokok  berpengaruh  siginifikan  terhadap  tingkat  konsumsi  masyarakat  sebelum   dan sesudah pemekaran wilayah di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang.
