description: The purpose of this study is determined the impact of institutional ownership and concentration of ownership on firm value. This research uses the theory of good corporate governance (GCG) using the dependent variable firm value (Tobin’s Q) and the independent variables namely institutional ownership and ownership concentration. In addition, the control variables used are leverage and firm size. The sample used is a property and real estate sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2017 with the sampling technique used by purposive sampling, there were 18 sample companies with a period of 5 years. The analysis used is a multiple linear regression model with a panel data approach. The results of the study show that: (1). Institutional Ownership has a significant positive effect on Firm Value (2). Ownership Concentration has a significant positive effect on Company Value. Keywords : Institutional Ownership, Concentration of Ownership, Corporate Value.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan institusional dan  konsentrasi kepemilikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan  Teori good corporate governance (GCG) dengan menggunakan variabel  dependen nilai perusahaan (Tobin’s Q) dan variabel independen yaitu  kepemilikan institusional dan konsentrasi kepemilikan. Selain itu juga  ditambahkan variabel kontrol yang digunakan yaitu leverage dan firm size.  Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang  terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2013-2017 dengan teknik  pengambilan sampel yang digunakan secara purposive sampling, terdapat 18  perusahaan sampel dengan periode selama 5 tahun. Analisis yang digunakan  adalah model regresi linear berganda dengan pendekatan data panel. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1). Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh  positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (2). Konsentrasi Kepemilikan  berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.  Kata Kunci : Kepemilikan Institusional, Konsentrasi Kepemilikan, Nilai  Perusahaan.
