%X The Gompertz equation is used to describe the growth curve in the tumor cell  population. The cursive curve in the tumor’s cell has been investigated using the  Gompertz equation, so the development of the tumor’s cells can be discerned. On  this study will examine how to understand the development of tumor mass  behavior with mathematical modeling. Based on results it shows that the  population under the solution of equilibrum tends to increase as the cycle of the  evolution cycle increases. Gompertz model, therefore, is used in the search for  tumor cell’s development.  Keywords: Model Gompertz, Mathematical Modeling, Tumor Growth  Persamaan Gompertz digunakan untuk menggambarkan kurva pertumbuhan  populasi sel tumor. Dengan adanya kurva pertumbuhan sel tumor diteliti dengan  menggunakan persamaan Gompertz, maka bisa diketahui perkembangan pada sel  tumor tersebut. Pada penelitian ini akan mengkaji tentang bagaimana memahami  pengembangan perilaku massa tumor dengan pemodelan matematika.  Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa populasi dibawah solusi  keseimbangannya cenderung meningkat karena perputaran waktu siklus evolusi t  meningkat. Oleh sebab itu, digunakan model Gompertz dalam mencari  pengembangan sel tumor tersebut.  Kata kunci : Persamaan Gompertz, Pemodelan Matematika, Populasi Tumor.
