Kebijakan dividen diukur dengan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) dan Profitabilitas  diukur dengan Return On Equity (ROE). Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 9 perusahaan dengan  menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear  berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Signifikansi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5%.  Hasil uji t (parsial) menunjukkan DPR dan ROE tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham jika  menggunakan signifikansi 5%, namun jika menggunakan signifikasi 10% ROE berpengaruh  terhadap harga saham.  Kata Kunci: Dividend Payout Ratio, Return On Equity, Harga Saham.  This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy and profitability on stock prices in the  property and real estate sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017.  Dividend policy is measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Profitability measured by  Return On Equity (ROE). The sample in the study were 9 companies using purposive sampling  method. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The  significance used in this study is 5%. The results of the t test (partial) indicate that DPR and ROE  have no effect on stock prices if they use a 5% significance, but if using a 10% significance ROE  it affects stock prices.
