abstract: Indonesia saat ini sudah memasuki era industri 4.0 yang dimana pemerintah
mendorong semua industri baik industri kecil, sedang maupun industri besar
untuk lebih produktif lagi. Selain penggunaan teknologi, faktor strategi juga
menjadi hal yang penting, oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini menguji bagaimana
pengaruh supply chain management terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Perusahaan
yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah industri kecil menengah mebel
yang berada di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian
kausalitas dengan dua variabel, yaitu supply chain management sebagai variabel
(X) dan kinerja perusahaan sebagai variabel (Y). Teknik pengumpulan data
menggunakan kuesioner kepada 46 industri kecil menengah mebel di Bandar
Lampung dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil pengolahan data
dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa supply chain management berpengaruh
positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan industry kecil menengah mebel di Bandar
Lampung.

Indonesia is now entering the industrial era 4.0, where the government encourages
all industries, both small, medium and large industries to be more productive. In
addition to the use of technology, strategy factors are also important, therefore in
this study examine how the influence of supply chain management on company
performance. The company that is the object of this research is the small and
medium furniture industry in Bandar Lampung. This study uses causality research
design with two variables, namely supply chain management as a variable (X) and
company performance as a variable (Y). Data collection techniques used
questionnaires to 46 small and medium-sized furniture industries in Bandar
Lampung and analyzed using SPSS version 23. The results of data processing in
this study indicate that supply chain management has a positive effect on the
performance of small and medium-sized furniture companies in Bandar Lampung.
