The\r\nsuccess of an organization is greatly influenced by the individual performance of\r\nits employees. Performance improvement is of course inseparable from the factors\r\nthat influence it. Employees of PT.WOM Finance have low organizational\r\ncommitment. PT. WOM Finance also discussed issues in work motivation for\r\nemployees to achieve company success in the form of sales targets. One way to be\r\nable to fulfill the work motives above, then the boss must provide work\r\nmotivation to employees so that employees have work motivation, job\r\nsatisfaction, and organizational commitment to the company. The purpose of this\r\nstudy was to study the Effect of Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and\r\nOrganizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. WOM Finance\r\nTanjung Karang Pusat. the population in this study were all employees of PT.\r\nWom Finance Tanjung Karang Pusat which collected 61 respondent with a sample\r\nof 48 people. The instrument used in the study was questionnaire. The analysis\r\nused to test the hypothesis is regression using the SPSS version 16.0 program. The\r\nconclusion of this study is positive work motivation with employee performance,\r\njob satisfaction positive commitment to employee performance, organizational\r\ncommitment is not positive with employee performance.\r\nKeywords: Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment,\r\nEmployee Performance\r\nTercapainya tujuan perusahaan tidak hanya tergantung pada peralatan modern,\r\nsarana dan pra-sarana yang lengkap, tetapi justru lebih tergantung pada manusia\r\nyang melaksanakan pekerjaan tersebut. Keberhasilan suatu organisasi sangat\r\ndipengaruh oleh kinerja individu karyawannya. Peningkatan kinerja tentu saja\r\ntidak lepas dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Karyawan PT.WOM\r\nFinance memiliki komitmen organisasi karyawan yang rendah. PT. WOM\r\nFinance juga menghadapi masalah dalam motivasi kerja kepada karyawan untuk\r\nmencapai keberhasilan perusahaan berupa target penjualan. Salah satu cara agar\r\ndapat memenuhi segala motif bekerja di atas, maka atasan harus memberikan\r\nmotivasi kerja kepada karyawan agar karyawan memiliki motivasi kerja,\r\nkepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap perusahaan tersebut. Tujuan\r\ndari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan\r\nKerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. WOM\r\nFinance Tanjung Karang Pusat. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh\r\nkaryawan PT. Wom Finance Tanjung Karang Pusat yang berjumlah 61 responden\r\ndengan jumlah sampel 48 orang. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian\r\nadalah kuesioner.
