"Persaingan yang ketat dalam industri ekonomi kreatif tapis dengan seluruh\r\npesaingnya baik dari segi usaha sejenis kain-kain tradisional maupun dari industri\r\nfashion menuntut kinerja manajemen profesional serta pengetahuan penuh atas\r\nusahanya guna mengevaluasi serta menentukan strategi bersaing di era globalisasi\r\nini. UMKM-UMKM baik yang baru berkembang maupun sudah lama ini perlu\r\npengetahuan strategi bisnis dan pengembangan pasar yang lebih baik. Penelitian\r\nini\r\nbertujuan untuk mengetahui rancangan model usaha baru sebagai bentuk strategi\r\npengembangan pasar pada Tapis Lampung dengan pendekatan business model\r\ncanvas (BMC). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan\r\nwawancara sedangkan perumusan strategi dengan melakukan pembagian\r\nkuesioner kemudian analisisnya menggunakan Business Model Canvas yang\r\nsetiap building block juga dianalisis dengan Matrik IFE & EFE, Matrik IE,\r\nMatrik SWOT dan Blue Ocean Strategy yang digabungkan dengan Business\r\nModel Canvas .\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran model bisnis dan posisi pasar dari\r\nTapis Lampung saat ini adalah pada tahap posisi mempertahankan dan\r\nmemelihara (Hold and Maintain) ditinjau dari aspek-aspek Business Model\r\nCanvas yang dianalisis dengan Matriks IFE dan matriks EFE menghasilkan\r\nMatriks IE pada perusahaan Tapis Lampung terletak pada kuadran V, alternatif\r\nstrategi yang tepat digunakan pada kuadran ini adalah Strategi penetrasi pasar dan\r\npengembangan produk. Hasil analisis Matriks SWOT dan Blue Ocean strategy\r\n\r\nadalah Tapis Lampung harus terus berinovasi dan menjaga kualitas pada produk-\r\nproduknya serta lebih jeli dalam membaca pergerakan pasar dan penempatan\r\n\r\nproduknya serta dapat memaksimalkan penggunaan fasilitas delivery order,\r\nmemaksimalkan digitalisasi market sebagai media informasi dan penyimpanan\r\ninformasi, branding usaha serta aktivitas promosi dan juga pemanfaatan sosial\r\nmedia dalam menciptakan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan secara berkelanjutan,\r\n\r\nmembentuk team khusus marketing produk pada aktivitas kunci yang melibatkan\r\ndigitalisasi marketing, mengadakan fasilitas membership card serta penempatan\r\ndan peningkatan SDM yang kompeten.\r\nKata kunci : Marketing Development, Strategic Business, Business Model\r\nCanvas, Matriks IFE, Matriks EFE, Matrik IE, Matriks SWOT,\r\nTight competition in the creative economy industry but with all its competitors\r\nboth in terms of business like traditional fabrics and from the fashion industry\r\nrequires professional management performance and full knowledge of its efforts\r\nto evaluate and determine competitive strategies in this globalization era. This research\r\naims to find out the design of new business models as a form of strategy market\r\ndevelopment in Tapis Lampung with a business model canvas (BMC) approach.\r\nThis study uses qualitative methods by conducting interviews while formulating\r\nstrategies by distributing questionnaires and then analyzing it using Business\r\nModel Canvas where each building block is also analyzed with IFE & EFE\r\nMatrix, IE Matrix, SWOT Matrix and Blue Ocean Strategy combined with\r\nBusiness Model Canvas\r\nThe results showed that the description of the business model and market position\r\nof Tapis Lampung at this time was in the position of maintaining and maintaining\r\n(Hold and Maintain) in terms of aspects of the Business Model Canvas analyzed\r\nby the IFE Matrix and the EFE matrix produced an IE Matrix in the Jaya Bakery\r\ncompany lies in quadrant V, the right alternative strategy used in this quadrant is\r\nthe market penetration strategy and product development.
