"Rumah makan Mister Geprek Bandar Lampung merupakan salah satu rumah\r\nmakan yang ada di kota Bandar Lampung yang memiliki strategi dan keunggulan\r\nyang berbeda dibanding pesaing yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin\r\nmengetahui pengaruh Perceived Service Quality dan Perceived Value terhadap\r\nCustomer Satisfaction Mister Geprek Bandar Lampung. Pengambilan sampel\r\ndalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling yang merupakan\r\nkonsumen Mister Geprek Bandar Lampung sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil dari\r\npenelitian ini diketahui bahwa variabel Perceived Service Quality berpengaruh\r\npositif terhadap Customer Statisfaction Mister Geprek sebesar 30,6 %, sedangkan\r\nvariabel Perceived Value Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer\r\nStatisfaction Mister Geprek sebesar 65,4 %. Saran terpenting yang diajukan dalam\r\npenelitian ini adalah Rumah Makan Mister Geprek Bandar Lampung harus\r\nmempertahankan apa yang telah sesuai dengan harapan konsumen dan juga harus\r\nmemperbaiki pelayanan yang belum sesuai apa yang di harapkan dan di inginkan\r\nkonsumen dengan terus meningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas yang baik\r\nagar konsumen dapat merasakan kepuasan yang lebih optimal.\r\n\r\nKata kunci: Perceived Service Quality, Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction\r\nMister Geprek Bandar Lampung restaurant is one of the restaurants in Bandar\r\nLampung that has different strategies and advantages compared to existing\r\ncompetitors. The purpose of this research is want to know the effect of Perceived\r\nService Quality and Perceived Value on Customer Satisfaction Mister Geprek\r\nBandar Lampung. Sampling in this study was conducted with a purposive\r\nsampling technique which was 100 consumers of Mister Geprek Bandar\r\nLampung. The results of this study note that the Perceived Service Quality\r\nvariable has a positive effect on Customer Statisfaction Mister Geprek amount to\r\n30.6%, while the Perceived Value Quality variable has a positive effect on\r\nCustomer Statisfaction Mister Geprek amount to 65.4%. The most important\r\nsuggestions submitted in this study is Mister Geprek Bandar Lampung Restaurant\r\nmust maintain what has been in line with consumer expectations and also have to\r\nimprove services that are not in line with what consumers expect and want by\r\ncontinuously improving the quality of services and good facilities so that\r\nconsumers can feel more optimal satisfaction.\r\n\r\nKeywords: Perceived Service Quality, Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction"^^ .
