"Organizational climate and work involvement are factors that can affect employee\r\nperformance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of\r\norganizational climate and work involvement on the performance of employees of\r\nChandra Super Store Tanjung Karang. The samples used in this study were all\r\nemployees of Chandra Super Store Tanjung Karang with 224 people. The\r\nanalytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 18\r\nprogram.\r\n\r\nThe results of this study support the proposed hypothesis, namely the\r\norganizational climate and work environment have a positive effect on the\r\nperformance of employees of the Chandra Super Store Tanjung Karang.\r\nSuggestions for the leadership of Chandra Super Store Tanjung Karang should\r\ncontinue to pay attention to the company's organizational climate for the better.\r\nOne of them is by explaining more to employees during the training process about\r\n\r\nwhat responsibilities the company gives to employees, the level of decision\r\nmaking, and company policies, so that employees can better understand the\r\norganizational structure Chandra Super Store Tanjung Karang.
