Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  perusahaan Manukfaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2016. Data perusahaan dapat  di akses melalui situs www.idx.co.id. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode  purposive sampling dan diproleh 80 sampel dari 110 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data dari  penelitian ini meliputi asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis.  Hasil penelitian ini, Dengan demikian hipotesis pertama di nyatakan bahwa rasio Intellectual Capital  tidak berpengaruh terhadap PBV (Price to Book Value). Hipotesis kedua yang diajukan pada penelitian  ini adalah Return on Equity (ROE) dalam teori berhubungan Positif dengan PBV (Price to Book Value).  Kata kunci: Intellectual Capital (VAIC), variabel Return On Equity (ROE), Nilai Perusahaan Price  Book Value (PBV).  This study aimed to test the influence of Intellectual Capital as an independent variable on the  firm value measured using Price to Book Value (PBV) as the dependent variable as well as  profitability measured using Return on Equity (ROE). The populations are manufacture  companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. The data were accessed at  www.idx.co.id. The purposive sampling method was used to determine the samples. The 80  samples of 110 companies were chosen. The data analysis techniques used in this study were the  classical assumption, doubled-linear-regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.  The results show that in the first hypothesis, the Intellectual Capital ratio does not affect PBV  (Price Book Value). The second hypothesis was Return on Equity (ROE) in the theory positively  relates to PBV (Price to Book Value).
