"PT Masa Kini Mandiri Harian Lampung Post merupakan perusahaan penerbit\r\nberita dan koran pertama tertua di Lampung. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang\r\ndilakukan pada PT Masa Kini Mandiri Harian Lampung Post dalam penelitian ini\r\nadalah turnover karyawan Lampung Post cukup tinggi, selain itu penetapan jam\r\nkerja yang melebihi jam kerja normal dan kurang nya pelatihan skill bagi\r\nkaryawan.\r\nTujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan\r\nkomitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Metode\r\npenyebaran yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Sampel dalam\r\npenelitian ini berjumlah 132 karyawan. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah\r\nanalisis regresi linear berganda.\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif\r\ndan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, komitmen organisasi\r\nberpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Saran bagi perusahan adalah, untuk lebih memberikan motivasi pada karyawan,\r\nmengatur jam kerja yang sesuai dengan jam kerja normal serta memberikan\r\npelatihan skill agar karyawan dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang bagus dan efektif.\r\n\r\nKata kunci: Kualitas Kehidupan\r\nPT Masa Kini Mandiri Harian Lampung Post is the first oldest news and\r\nnewspaper publishing company in Lampung. The results of observations made at\r\nthe PT Masa Kini Mandiri Harian Lampung Post in this study were that the\r\nturnover of Lampung Post employees was quite high, in addition to the\r\ndetermination of working hours that exceeded normal working hours and lack of\r\nskills training for employees.\r\nThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of work life to\r\norganizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment to\r\norganizational citizenship behavior. Deployment method is using a questionnaire\r\nwith a Likert scale. The sample in this study were 132 employees. Data analysis\r\ntools are multiple linear regression analysis.\r\nThe results showed that the quality of work life of employees had a positive and\r\nsignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational\r\ncommitment was positive and significant towards organizational citizenship\r\nbehavior.
