%A 1514131056 Revani Intan Putri %T SISTEM PRODUKSI PADI ORGANIK DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH: ANALISIS USAHATANI DAN PASCAPANEN %X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah pendapatan usahatani padi organik, harga pokok produksi, risiko harga, risiko produksi dan proses pengelolaan pasca panen padi organik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah pada bulan Maret-April 2019. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 31 petani padi organik diambil menggunakan metode sensus. Metode analisis data meliputi: analisis keuntungan, metode full costing, analisis risiko dengan menghitung simpangan baku (standar deviasi) dan CV (koefesien variasi) serta analisis deskripstif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Usahatani padi organik merupakan usahatani yang menguntungkan. Harga pokok produksi beras organik yang telah ditentukan menggunakan analisis perhitungan full costing diperoleh harga Rp 3.145,62 per kg. Risiko produksi dan risiko harga padi organik digolongkan rendah. Tahap manajemen pengelolaan pasca panen dimulai dari tahap penumpukan, perontokan, pengeringan, penggilingan, pengemasan, penyimpanan beras dan pemasaran. Kata kunci: harga pokok produksi, padi organik, pendapatan, risiko This research aims to determine the amount of farming income of organic rice, main production cost, price risk, production risk, and post-harvest management process of organic rice. This research was conducted in Cental Lampung Regency on March-April 2019. The sample of this research consist of 31 farmers of organic rice taken by census method. Analysis used in this research are: income analysis, full costing method, risk analysis by counting standard deviation and coefficient variation (CV), and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results show that farming income of organic rice farming was classified as profitable. The main production cost of organic rice has been decided which uses full costing method and it is obtained the amount of Rp 3.145,62 per kg. Production risk and price risk of organic system show the low value. The stage of post-harvest management process is started from stacking, threshing, drying, grinding, packaging, storing, and marketing of organic rice.
