N2  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel sistem informasi
sumber daya manusia, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja
karyawan pada Bank BRI KCP Kedaton, Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan
kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 responden yang diambil
dari karyawan Bank BRI KCP Kedaton, Bandar Lampung. Metode analisis data
menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan Smart PLS versi 3.0.m3. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel sistem informasi sumber daya manusia
dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan
nilai sebesar 2,713 dan 5,079. Tetapi, variabel kompetensi berpengaruh tidak
signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sebesar 0,742.
Implementasinya untuk Bank BRI KCP Kedaton, Bandar Lampung untuk
menerapkan dan meningkatkan beberapa aspek dari hasil penelitian ini guna untuk
menciptakan dan mempertahankan kinerja karyawan terhadap Bank BRI KCP
Kedaton, Bandar Lampung.
Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia, Kompetensi,

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of human resource
information system, competence and work environment toward the employee
performance on Bank BRI KCP Kedaton, Bandar Lampung. The type of research
used in this study is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The total
sample used some 30 respondents taken from the employee of Bank BRI KCP
Kedaton, Bandar Lampung. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square
(PLS) with Smart PLS version 3.0.m3. The results showed that the human
resource information system variables and work environment have a significant
effect on employee performance with values of 2,713 and 5,079. However, the
competence variable has no significant effect on employee performance with a
value of 0,742. The implementations for Bank BRI KCP Kedaton, Bandar
Lampung is applying and improve some aspects from the result of this research to
create and maintain employee performance towards Bank BRI KCP Kedaton,
Bandar Lampung.
