Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Lapangan Terpadu, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung dari bulan April 2018 hingga April 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) yang terdiri dari 2 ulangan. Klon ubikayu yang digunakan terdiri dari Huay Bong, Waxy, Melati, Manalagi, Kuning, dan Ketan Lokal. Variabel yang diamati adalah warna daun, warna batang, warna ubi, panjang ubi, diameter ubi, bobot ubi, kadar pati, dan kandungan HCN. Data dianalisis menggunakan SAS (ver. 9.0). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kuantitatif tidak terdapat variasi yang nyata pada variabel diameter batang, tinggi tanaman, kehijauan daun pada 7 dan 10 BST, jumlah daun, diameter ubi, bobot ubi, jumlah ubi per tanaman, dan kadar HCN. Klon Waxy memiliki tingkat kadar pati tertinggi (12,72\%) dan kadar HCN iii tertinggi (0,06 mg/g). Sedangkan klon Kuning memiliki tingkat kadar pati terendah (5,72\%) dan klon Melati memiliki kadar HCN terendah (0,02 mg/g). Pada variabel kualitatif, tiap klon ubikayu memiliki karakter kualitatif yang berbeda-beda, pada variabel warna korteks ubi, 4 klon ubi konsumsi terdiri dari warna putih (Melati, Manalagi, Kuning, dan Ketan Lokal). Sedangkan pada 2 klon ubi industri tapioka terdiri dari warna putih (Huay Bong) dan merah muda (Waxy). Kata kunci: HCN, Kandungan Pati, Klon, Ubikayu. This study was aimed to determine the qualitative character and evaluate starch content and HCN in six cassava clones. This research was conducted at the Integrated Field Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung from April 2018 to April 2019. This study used a Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) consisting of 2 replications. The cassava clones used consisted of Huay Bong, Waxy, Melati, Manalagi, Kuning, and Ketan Lokal. The variables observed were leaf color, stem color, tuber color, tuber length, tuber diameter, tuber weight, starch content, and HCN content. Data were analyzed using SAS (ver. 9.0). The results showed that there were no significant quantitative variables in the stem diameter, plant height, leaf greenness at 7 and 10 MAP, number of leaves, tuber diameter, tuber weight, number of tuber per plant, and HCN content. v Waxy clones has the highest levels of starch (12.72 \%) and the highest levels of HCN (0.06 mg/g). Whereas Kuning clones has the lowest levels of starch (5.72 \%) and Melati clones has the lowest HCN levels (0.02 mg/g). In qualitative variables, each cassava clone has different qualitative characters, in the color variable of the tuber cortex, 4 consumption cassava clones consist of white (Melati, Manalagi, Kuning, and Ketan Lokal).
