N2  - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menciptakan suatu aplikasi Android yang 
dapat mengidentifikasi jenis daging berdasarkan warna RGB. Penelitian ini 
dimaksudkan untuk melihat apakah aplikasi yang dibuat dapat berkerja pada 
smartphone untuk mengidentifikasi jenis daging. Daging yang digunakan pada 
penelitian ini hanya tiga jenis daging segar yaitu daging sapi, daging babi dan 
daging kambing. Proses pengolahan citra dilakukan dengan menghitung nilai 
persentasi red, green dan blue dari setiap jenis daging dengan menggunakan metode 
color blob detection. Nilai parameter diperoleh dari penelitian sebelumnya dan 
berdasarkan hasil pengolahan citra yang dilakukan langsung menggunakan 
aplikasi. Aplikasi memiliki tingkat akurasi yaitu pada jenis daging sapi: 84.28%, 
jenis daging babi: 92.86% dan jenis daging kambing: 94.28%.

The purpose of this research is to create an android application that can identify 
the types of meat based on colors of RGB. This research is intended to see whether 
the application that made can work on smartphone to identify the types of meat. 
The meat that used in this study was only three types of fresh meat, that is beef, pork 
and mutton. The image processing process is done by calculating the percentage 
value of red, green and blue from each types of meat using the color blob detection 
method. Parameter values obtained from previous research and based on the 
results of image processing that carried out directly using the application. The 
application has an accuracy that is the type of beef: 84.28%, the type of pork: 
92.86% and the type of mutton: 94.28%.
