Penelitian ini\r\nbertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Photovoltaic Emulator\r\ndengan menggunakan rangkaian elektronika daya dengan pemrograman pemodelan\r\npanel surya. Penyinaran mataharai dan suhu harian digantikan mikrokontroler\r\ndengan chip ATMega 328P sebagai komponen pengendali dan pemantau.\r\nBerdasarkan hasil pengujian, Photovoltaic Emulator yang dibuat dalam studi ini\r\nterbukti dapat meniru karakteristik tegangan dan arus keluaran dari panel surya\r\ndengan masukan irradiance dan suhu harian pada suatu daerah.\r\nPengukuran menggunakan sensor arus dengan rata-rata galat senilai 2.601 % dan\r\nsensor tegangan dengan rata-rata galat senilai 1,971% dibandingkan dengan\r\npengukuran multimeter. Persentase kemiripan karakteristik keluaran Photovoltaic\r\nEmulator dengan panel surya yang ditiru yaitu 95.13%. Setiap data disimpan\r\nberdasarkan waktu pada secure digital card melalui datalogger.\r\nKata kunci: Photovoltaic Emulator, Smart Grid, Embedded System. \r\n\r\n\r\nPhotovoltaic Emulator is a device designed for emulating voltage and current output\r\ncharacteristics of a solar panel. The purposes of this research are to design and to\r\ndevelop a Photovoltaic Emulator based on power electronic components and solar\r\npanel modeling software. The solar radiation as well as daily temperature were\r\nrepresented by a microcontroller with 328P ATMega chip as a controlling and\r\nmonitoring component. From experiment results, the emulator is able to mimic\r\nvoltage and current characteristics of the solar panel based on the irradiance and\r\ndaily temperature in a certain area.\r\nThe error measurement of the voltage and current sensor are 1.971% and 2.601%\r\nrespectively compared to the multimeters. The similarity of Photovoltaic Emulator\r\noutput characteristics with solar panels is 95.13%.
