        abstract = {The purpose of this research is to create Android applications that can identify the type of
meat based on the RGB color. This research was intended to see if applications are made
to work on Smartphones to identify the type of meat. The meat that is used in this study
only three kinds of fresh meat i.e. beef, pork and mutton. The process of image processing
is done by calculating the percentage of red, green and blue of every type of meat by using
method of color blob detection to detect the type of meat and methods of fuzzy logic sugeno
RGB to process data. The parameter value is retrieved based on the results of image
processing is done directly using the application by using the 2 background are green and
black. The application has a different degree of accuracy for each type of meat and the
background in this type of beef: 81\% with a green background and 91\% with the black
background, on the type of pork: 98\% with a green background and 74\% with a black
background and on the type of goat meat: 78\% with a green background and 58\% with a
black background.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi yang berfungsi untuk mengidentifikasi
jenis daging berdasarkan citra warna RGB berbasis Android. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan
untuk melihat apakah aplikasi yang dibuat dapat berkerja pada smartphone untuk
mengidentifikasi jenis daging. Daging yang digunakan pada penelitian ini hanya tiga jenis
daging segar yaitu daging sapi, daging babi dan daging kambing. Proses pengolahan citra
dilakukan dengan menghitung nilai persentasi red, green dan blue dari setiap jenis daging
dengan menggunakan metode color blob detection. Nilai parameter diperoleh berdasarkan
hasil pengolahan citra yang dilakukan langsung mengunakan aplikasi dengan
menggunakan 2 background berwarna hijau dan hitam. Aplikasi memiliki tingkat akurasi
yang berbeda untuk setiap jenis daging dan background yaitu pada jenis daging sapi: 81\%
dengan background hijau dan 91\% dengan background hitam, pada jenis daging babi: 98\%
dengan background hijau dan 74\% dengan background hitam dan pada jenis daging
